As Community Programs Evaluation Manager, Aleise Barnett brings more than 5 years of research and evaluation experience to the Commission. She provides analysis of internal program data, contributes to original research on health issues, and provides support in data collection and management processes. In 2011, she served as a FLAS summer fellow studying Brazilian Portuguese. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the NYU Wagner School of Public Service, with a specialization in International Public Policy, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan. She enjoys songwriting and samba.
